About the role:
An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute and make a difference in our Head of Department- Creative Programs role within our Educational Delivery team.
The role of the Head of Department – Creative Programs is to lead and drive high levels of educational delivery to ensure a culture of educational excellence with a focus on student progression, stakeholder satisfaction with a focus on industry and community engagement.
Our Faculty of Creative, Business & Technology includes Beauty, Design, Hairdressing, Horticulture & Land Sciences, Hospitality, Floristry & Celebrancy, Outdoor Leadership & Fitness, Information Management and Music. This role will input to operational plans for their respective area to ensure the faculty exceeds student, academic, growth and budgetary objectives as effectively as possible.
As a senior leader within the Education Delivery portfolio, this role is responsible for implementing and overseeing strategies, plans and policies to ensure a positive and safe student and employee environment and experience. As a leader within the faculty this position will provide clear leadership, management, support and direction to the Department team to create a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
